I can give a mean punch, so I thought I could try punching you while you use your power.

And sure! I'm a pretty good cook but I like sampling other people's foods too.

not to toot my own horn (haha) but i'm pretty good! the stat on the profile's pretty accurate.
my boss back home is even better than me, though, so that's probably why the bar's not full.
so if you want to come cook with me i'd be happy to try out your stuff, too, and we can make some things for the team.
but i'm down to see what happens when you give me a swing if you're sure.
i can take a hit even without using arts or powers or whatever. it's my job.

but, also, getting punched a lot. he comes down to meet them, though, with the container from the prinny lunch box - having cleaned and kept it. he's got some zongzi that he's improvised without bamboo leaves in there for them to snack on later. ]

[ he sets down the box, making sure it's out of the sun, and shrugs off his shield to prop up over it. ]

I am. I've taken some pretty hard hits, before, but it's not about proving I'm tough or anything, now. I want to know what I can do so that I can help everyone.

I won't! But it's okay anyway, I don't have super strength like Mouse does. Mine is just normal strength.

[They still seem eager to help though.]

[ but he - will do that. he'll focus, then shifts into a stance, one foot sliding back and the other leg bent. ]

[They wait for him to get ready, then:]

[They'll take a few steps as they wind up, and as they reach Hung they punch at him with quite a bit of force. It's still within the realm of "normal human strength", but it's an impressive punch for someone so short.]

[ oomph - he's fought some small people with hard punches, so it isn't too surprising, save for the fact that ox's power doesn't focus on it. but even if he feels it, he doesn't feel it? at least the same way.

still, he goes to swing on them in return with his power in mind, avoiding the mask and general face area. ]

[When he punches back, he'll find that the force of his punch is increased by how hard Cobalt Ox had hit him.

Cobalt Ox tries to block it, but the punch is strong and they get knocked off balance and stumble over.]

there's no reason for anyone to lash out like that at you. especially when you're doing what you can.
but i get why she was upset. i think we're all kind of in that boat. so i won't hold it against sigrun at all.

I don't blame anyone for yelling, I'm pretty used to it.

apparently being used to it means it needs to happen less, though, so i don't know.
i hope there's an answer. i don't think any of us are going to just sit by and watch it happen.
