If you feel up to testing your luck or just want a night out, the Jade Bamboo is the place the go. Located not far from the Capsule Hotel and the Race track, this multi-level casino didn't pull any of the stops with the decor or entertainment. The first floor is both the parking garage and the main lobby. There's a service desk one has to stop at to get a room or get the virtual card to use on their phone for gambling. Pamphlets can be found here advertising some of the food places downtown, the Sirius Theater, and the Luxury Speedway.
The second floor is where one will find a buffet offering a wide variety of food from different regions and the main bar. There are stairs that wind up to the actual casino floor with flashing lights and the sounds of the various machines all blending together in the background. There's slot machines, video poker, giant wheels, card tables, craps, roulette, mahjong, and bingo.
The next level has a couple conference rooms for people to rent, the chapel for quick marriages, and the staff offices. Continuing up the elevator will bring people to the resort part of the casino.
