I've not met someone like that. But there was a serial killer was on another level of unhinged. A couple of them actually. But it's not like regular people tend to run into people like that too often.

It’s just external storage. I can’t upload my memories directly, but I can talk about what happened and what I learned day-to-day. When Ryuki goes home— [ there’s no if, she refuses to entertain an ‘if’ ]— he can get Pewter to upload it.

It’s not quite the same, but he won’t be dealing with the aftermath of this alone, with me on an old back-up with no idea what happened to him. I’ll leave him a note to come and see you, if I’m awake on a Thursday.
