Ahaha. Not quite. I joined when I was very, very young: if my life was full then, that would be very concerning.

I will not be asking them, but I'm sure I could come up with something. It's a start, at least. Even questioning the citizens has been unhelpful, for the most part, though I can't say I'm surprised.

That's where I tend to find most of what I need, at least back home. People are quite willing to talk to a priest, one way or another. [ sometimes via coercion but they don't need to know that ] I'll have to draft a love letter.

At any rate, it is quite common, though, I don't spend as much time doing so anymore. Are clerics and the like not common, where you came from?

I've never met a cleric. I know of two nuns, though we haven't formally met.

It's strange, to me. The Church is a part of life for near every person in Solistia, in near every city. You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who didn't follow the path of the Sacred Flame anywhere on either continent.

There's only one religion where you're from? There are a variety of them as far as I've seen.

...well. I suppose there's a second, but I'm not sure if I'd call it a religion. Moreso a cult.

But, no. The legends of the eight gods are intertwined with our history - as such, it's quite uncommon for people to stray from it. It's either the Sacred Flame, or the nonbeliever.
