There's not enough information for a pattern, quite yet, so I can only make speculations. Thinking about Chiemi and the medal intrigues me as well. Norma had it; the note that Chiemi wrote, according to Argalia, was written when the two of them were together. I don't know her well enough to know her motives, or what sort of person she was.
I haven't spoken to most of you. Of the three we lost this week, I spoke to Norma briefly.
Norma seemed brave enough to me, but I imagine it would be terrifying to be hunted. There's every reason to use a boost in bravery on yourself.
Chiemi's note telling people not to be sad over her? It's too late to ask her directly, I don't know if she acted on her own terms or she felt as if she was forced.

It's possible it happened after or during whatever fight happened there and they left quickly. I don't have a solid order of events to work with either.
I wish I could properly get into the scenes to investigate, on Fridays. That's always served me well in the past. Unfortunately, all there is now is speculation.
