After. The village formed at the base of the Cathedral - it is tucked into a mountain. Pilgrims make their way through Flamechurch to see the Sacred Flame and offer their prayers, and the people of the Church needed a place to live, so life sprung up around it, so to speak. It is where I currently reside.
