You are a good leader. It's easy to tell you care about your team and everyone else here - and that's the most important part of it.

It's a learning process. And it's totally normal to feel like you're not really sure what you're doing or that someone would do it better. [he sounds like he is speaking from experience.] But that's part of how you grow as a leader. You look at the things you feel like you could improve on, and you improve them. If you think you're doing everything right to start with then you'll never grow at all.
