If they said they would, then we should believe them.
But it doesn't hurt to have more than one person sharing, either.

Maybe something about the drama? There's no tension in a story if you know everything up front.

I dunno, man... This feels like something that should be known from the start. What if we'd lost an entire team already before we found out about this and none of them had killed someone? Would that have just been it for the rest of us?

I don't know. And... no offense, but I don't think that worrying about that right now is going to help you. The one good thing is that it didn't happen like that, you know? We haven't lost any teams yet.

I don't think that's his choice. You get to decide what to do with the information, whether it's telling the rest of our team or... that.
Maybe I'm biased, but I feel like you guys could figure out what to do together, if you tell them. But it's really up to you.

I guess I should wait and see what actually ends up happening when we meet. Since that's in the works already.

Do you think there's any chance we'll find some note that just... disproves this one, somehow? Maybe this is a first draft of the rules they wanted to use and it got discarded.

It won't hurt to see how it goes. But you don't have to decide alone, you know? You have a team that you can rely on, too.

I don't think they'll want you to be in danger, either. Neither do I, for that matter. It's going to be hard no matter who steps up.

Yeah. That's part of the problem with things like this. No one wants to lose anyone, but... the way it's set up, loss is inevitable.

Yeah, I know... You guys can try to mitigate it as much as you like, but someone's always going to get hurt. I really wish I could do more to protect you guys...
Even if that's the case, though, I don't think they'd want you to do anything alone.
