Eggs, huh? That's a good pick. They're good for a lot of stuff, and sunny side up with toast makes for a pretty good breakfast.

How do you usually start your day?

It varies a lot, but usually a coffee and whatever breakfast we've made. Sometimes it's last night's leftovers because I'm in a rush.

Well, leftovers for breakfast is definitely better than eating nothing at all. Good on you for not skipping it.

Yeah, definitely. I try not to skip meals when I can help it.

I wish more people would do that. Try not to skip meals, I mean. The sheer number of times I've had to treat people for dizziness after they've been through a day of training and had to remind them that they really need to eat and drink if they're gonna be working out...

Sounds like they got real absorbed in whatever they were doing. It can be hard when you're really focused.
