They're stressed out because some of you keep breaking stuff and lighting stuff on fire. At this rate they're going to strike for pay.

Why does the city use them for labor, anyway? They're not very good at it.

Because it's cheap. Also they tend to cause trouble if you don't give them something to do.

I mean, I guess... But why even bring them to the city in the first place if all they do is cause trouble?

I think they were brought here by whatever brought the rest of us here. So none of us really chose this.

I guess so? Maybe this is just part of it. They were trying to teach me how to draw, but I'm not good at it.
