Our place isn't as luxe as yours, but it's nice, right? I wanted everyone to feel as comfortable as possible.
Really I don’t find myself so concerned about having to be swaddled in luxury. I’m rather used to the sparser dwellings of the Shrine, even. I’m not so above it all.
I heard mention that our worlds are in danger, but not the details of such. What kind of danger? What are the stakes here? I would like to have a more full understanding of who, or what, is in charge here. The expectations as "heroes."
That is quite a bit to cover all at once, Yae Miko. I will do my best to touch on all the points.

Unfortunately, we aren't sure who is behind it. While we have an idea it's linked to the day the moon fell, we aren't completely certain. We don't want to present it to the group until we know more. We suspect that is also tied to the danger part. For now, the worlds are frozen to keep them safe, but we aren't sure how long that will last for. It has something to do with what villains that have escaped before. We believe that if things from our worlds can come here, then the reverse has to be true.
As for who is running everything, we don't know. We were given quite the runaround over the weekend trying to figure out where the orders come from. No one knows, but we have seen evidence something is pulling the strings.
As for the expectations as heroes, I would recommend talking to each other. Compare notes and keep an eye out for anything different or odd. I'm not going to tell you to follow the rules, because I never do myself. Just don't get caught.
That may be on me for wording, but we had nothing to do with it. We can speculate that some personality traits are similar enough to pick and bring you all here, we had no sway in it. We didn't even know you all would be arriving until after we found something that let us know we'll have teams.
The only ones I've ever dealt with before here were between the different realms in my world. This is a bit beyond all of our scope of knowledge.
