[ You wake up in a high class bar, windows letting in morning light. It seems almost empty. Whoever is supposed to be behind the bar isn’t around for the moment. Maybe you’re here too early for service, or maybe it has something to do with the leopard.
Besides you, the only person here is the leopard lounging on the bar counter. He’s wearing a jacket that could’ve only come out of the 80s. His eyes meet yours, regarding you with interest. "Hey, hey. You’re right on time." Under his paws looks like a blueprint of a building. "The blueprints of the hotel you asked for."
The current time is 10 AM, according to the bar clock. Your phones are gone, and powers are not available. You'll still have to get to the warehouse to stock up before heading to the hotel, but perhaps you want to get your bearings first? ]

The real question is where it would even be. Close to the casino itself makes sense...but it might also be too obvious. And they wouldn't mark it. Maybe one of the gray areas--like this one?
