I think we're all in the same boat. I've got the feeling, too, and besides us obviously having no idea where the hell we are... I also feel like I know where the hell we are?
[ he looks at jolyne, then at the both of them. ]
There's nothing here that I can see that shouldn't be. So I think we should just go with the flow, like Jolyne said, and just - see what happens. Look for an opening to get out.
[ he pulls out the blueprints and unfolds them, smoothing the paper out. higher power running the show, do we have the Intuition of where the treasure might be? or an approximate idea? ]
[ yeah she'll take the emp, her body is a weapon. she'll go look at the map/blueprints and hum. ]
Having this is good at least, we can maybe take a stab at where we might wanna book it to grab the treasure first. One of the casinos has to have a vault if we're lookin' for literal treasure... Ooh, McQueen...?
[ me looking at this blueprint like "jesus christ, vegas" ]
The real question is where it would even be. Close to the casino itself makes sense...but it might also be too obvious. And they wouldn't mark it. Maybe one of the gray areas--like this one?
[ he points around the Wynn garage and theater area. ]
[ i hate this map so much why is vegas like this ]
Okay, so. [ he'll. find a pen? surely there is one in here? and go about marking the map. he puts an x where danny indicates, nodding at the good call, then considers the casinos thoughtfully. ] The grey areas could be vaults, or security, or private rooms... and then the casino...
For this one - [ he indicates the encore ] - we could try the high limit areas? That's rich person territory, so a treasure could be there. For the other one... private gaming, maybe? It'd be nice if we could find a security room and get a look at where they have cameras.
anyways after taking a minute to dissociate in designer, jolyne is back to looking at the map properly. ]
The high limit areas wouldn't be a bad bet, and the areas by the garage could be a good idea too—a vault might be subterranean if we end up needing to find something like that.
[ hums ] I wonder if the treasure could also be right on someone, hiding in plain sight.
A security room would be a great start--they must have cameras on wherever the treasure is, and even if they don't, it would give us a good bird's eye view of anything other teams might be trying.
If it's actually on someone though, this all gets a whole lot trickier. I think we start looking for vaults or security rooms first, assume that it's stationary. And then if that fails...we can consider other options.
[ he'll mark the mentioned places, and look at the time. ray how we doin. ]
I guess the question is, how do we want to do this? I'm kind of hesitant on any of us going somewhere solo, if we don't have our phones, or any walkies or something... [ :nyeh: ] If it winds up we run into trouble, or we need to coordinate if it's on someone, it gets more than just a whole lot trickier.
But we can pick a place to start, and go from there.
Well, the longer we can go without making anything look off, the better. So we can just enter like regular customers and see what actually corresponds to the gray areas or see if there's anywhere that has more security stationed around it than usual.
Yeah, I don't think this is the type of place we can just waltz into at this point... I mean. You're younger than me and I'm nineteen—they wouldn't let either of us in. It's just be Hung, maybe.
So the less we're seen the better. We've got rope and shit... maybe we should just climb somehow?
[ ... hmmm..... ] Or sneak in and steal someone's credentials...
[ grumbling: ] The Jade Bamboo didn't have any problem letting me in...
Ugh, right. Fine then. I think an aerial approach is our best bet. Maybe go to the top of the parking garage, get to the nearest roof access point to some of these gray areas, then sneak in through maintenance tunnels or a ventilation shaft or something.
[ he hears that but doesn't say anything about it, instead looking down at the blueprints. ]
I mean, usually? They have to be able to access things for repairs and expansion, and a building this big... there'd definitely be maintenance tunnels for moving equipment, stuff for entertainment, furniture, things from wherever they offload.
Let's try arial. If it doesn't work, we can find a loading dock for trucks and workers.
jolyne nods firmly because wow this feels just like a spy movie oh damn oh damn oh damn. ]
Sounds like a good start then. We won't really know our conditions anyways until we have a look at the area in person for ourselves so good to have two ways to get inside prepared.
[ hung is going to nod, before he decides on what he wants to bring while he folds the blueprints up again.
i joked about him having the bulletproof collapsible shield, but he actually instead grabs a grappling gun to go with the rest of the gear that they all have. ]
Alright. We have to get there first, right? Let's go - and keep our eyes open for anything. If we can just leave, that'd be nice, but. Not holding my breath.

Maybe it's worth trying security first, give us an internal view of things, might even have something useful for our mission in that room too.
We'll have to consider our entry too...

Yeah, no, I'm fine. I've been in a car with you while you were the driver - all yours.
