yellow
rabbit
dorm
Rabbit Dorm's first floor looks closer to a hotel lobby. There's white pillars, fresh plants, and yellow chairs around. The lights around bathe the area in a warm, yellow light. Terrible for pictures, but inviting and looking classy all the same. There's a security desk and the elevator at the back of the room where one needs to scan in their id to use.
The second floor opens up to a large communal space with floor to ceiling window and sheer curtains to provide some measure of privacy. Luxury couches missing their legs sit on the floor in an u-shape. Thereβs yoga mats and a set of weights tucked in a corner in case anyone wants a work-out. A large and fully stocked bar and mahjong table separate the couches from the kitchen area. The kitchen itself is all white quartz and light blue cabinets. Thereβs touches of yellow here and there in the decor and the fresh flowers in glass vases. Thereβs a small bathroom here and then a set of stairs that continue on to the next floor.
The third floor has a sitting area devoid of any electronics but looking fancy with the bunny shaped chairs and fluffy rugs. Doors line the side of the room that lead off to three different bedrooms with attached bathrooms and large closets. There are two full sized beds in each room with a desk and a curtain between them. While the bathrooms are missing an actual tub, they have a large shower to make up for it.
The last door will take them to a set of stairs that will go to the fourth floor, which is locked and continue past to the secret room.
As they enter the dorm for the first time, heroes will find they have a new notification from the AMAZOOM app:
After reading the notification, heroes will feel a new power welling up within them, and with it, the inherent knowledge that they can only use this ability once each week. They may want to use it carefully.

private
room
There is a sign at the door that says it's a secret! Opening the doors will reveal an archway and rooftop garden. There's potted plum blossom trees, bamboo, and Japanese maples that line a winding pathway that goes around a pond and through a gazebo. The gazebo is large enough to house a small table and floor cushions for a small number of people to sit and enjoy the space. The pond itself has lily pads and lotus. Chrysanthemums, magnolias, irises, hibiscus and peonies can be found growing in beds with solar powered flower lights. At night, the place has a different vibe with fake flowers aglow, lit candles floating in the water, and a string of fairy lights hanging in the tree.
Once in a while, Yellow Rabbit can be found in the gazebo enjoying a drink.
Please be sure to keep this room a secret from the other teams! You can invite others over to visit, but do not let them into the private room or describe it for them.

[ considering "a certain book" - who better to know what that is than the reporter who wrote the article. ]
Is the moon an organization?
no subject
[ Moon sucks even before here. Shaking their head. ]
I couldn't tell you one way or another if it was. From what I remember of that time, there wasn't much organization to the criminals who were taking advantage of the confusion. The moon also didn't spout arms and killed the other heroes. That would be the man in white.

[ the man in the moon... every day i hope this is excalibur soul eater ]
As far as I am aware, a rock cannot posses anything.

[ Rabbit doesn't want to pretend to understand what goes on in the minds of anyone like that ]

[ the moon who brings down the moon. ]

I never said it was a creative business. [ :/ ]

Being named for sniffing our crime is different compared to someone who just forms cubes.

[ don't pick on rabbit.
anyway. he taps the note. ] How credible is this, exactly?

[ They clasp their hands together at the end of that. WAO. ]
You wish. [ Maybe they should stop trying to be nice. Nice. ]
I can't say for sure how credible it is. Let me see it for a moment, dear. [ They hold out their hand. gib note please ]

[ thats HIS THING
he seems not at all offended by this at all, even snickering a little, but passes over the note? here you go. ]

Checking it out. ]
I would say it's written by someone credible. The handwriting is familiar and I don't make it a habit of spending time with anyone questionable. [ A pause ] Besides you, of course.

[ temenos looks very thoughtful.
... he also does not even fight being called questionable. he like. even smiles a little? like yeah you're right. he is questionable! someone gets it! ]

The handwriting is different and the paper seems different as well.

[ he reads out loud from his own notes: ]
The stakes so far have been too boring. Itβs no fun when all they do at the end of the day is go home, so for the next round, weβll spice it up a bit. If they want a chance for anyone to return at all, theyβll have to take that chance from someone else.
One death each week is enough to keep the door open. Kill, or lose everything any of them have cared about. Letβs see how heroic they can be in those conditions.
[ and then from the new one: ]
During these 8 weeks, if each of these teams does not act as a villain on Thursday night, there will be no way back home for any of them. The moon requires energy, and so does transporting people elsewhere.
[ and then setting them aside. ]
If it's a copy, it's a decent one. And I'm not particularly fond of the final idea; the moon requires energy, and so does transporting people. By killing, are we feeding that? I suppose we've no other choice, one way or another.
[ considering the once a week rule... ]
no subject
[ Would explain if it was continuation. ]
I'm not really keen on the idea of feeding it, but you are right. We might not have much choice especially if we're to return. [ They understand necessity and this route is definitely worth it, but playing by the rules and blindly going along with things isn't something they enjoy. They will return the note though as they think about it. ]
