Today, when Danny is alone, they will receive a text message from White Tiger.

Good Morning! Please make your way to the main Four Beasts Security office at your earliest convenience.

Linger for too long, and they will find Tiger's own prinny at their side, ushering them toward the Four Beasts Security office. Once they arrive, the secretary at the front desk will smile at them and point them in the direction of a door at the end of a nearby hallway. There they will find a small office room with a tray full of refreshments: a coffee pot and a couple cups, sugar and creamer, and a few donuts. White Tiger is currently dumping a bunch of sugar into their own cup of coffee, though they stop and look a little sheepish when they see Danny walk in.

"Thank you for your time. I have a job I need you to handle for me, if you could? Come have a seat and we'll go over the specifics of it."

On their phone, Danny will find a new app available to them: HITMAN. In the app, they will find a set of rules that they must accept in order to continue:

RULES

1. Once a week, the Hitman may be ordered to kill a participant in the competition. This kill must happen on Thursday night.
2. The Hitman may use any tools at their disposal, and they may request any items or tools for use in carrying out their assignment.
3. The Hitman cannot receive help from another participant while carrying out this assignment. They must kill on their own.
4. On weeks where the Hitman is not ordered to kill a participant, they may instead do a task for a reward.
5. The Hitman must keep this role a secret.

After reading the rules and accepting, Danny will be greeted with a new screen containing this week's task. Once they've made their choice for the week and closed the app, they will not be able to open it again, nor will anyone else will be able to see or access the app or the information within.

Despite the heaviness of the role given to Danny, White Tiger is still smiling calmly with their hands folded around their cup of sugar-coffee. "If you have any questions, then I will answer them to the best of my ability."

Week 1, Monday

Fortunately there isn't a need for death this week. I have something else for you instead.

[They will elaborate in a moment but they're giving Danny a moment to process all of this.]

[ Danny spends longer than necessary reading over everything in the app. Rereading it. Then he looks up at White Tiger, watching them drink their coffee. ]

This...isn't very heroic.

It isn't, no. Unfortunately, sometimes awful things need to be done in the name of keeping others safe. I would have preferred to do this myself, but too many eyes are on me right now.

It isn't needed this week though, and it would be good if it remained that way for the rest of our time here. I would prefer to be prepared and never have to take action.

[When Danny comes back it seems like White Tiger knows of his success. They smile to him and offer over his reward: a newspaper clipping that says the following:]

What started off as a nightmare scenario, turned into a source of strength and hope for all of Oceanside. It began just earlier in the week when Mother Goose broke out their a number of super powered criminals from Oceanside Prison. Before officers could react, they broke in to Mayor's home and held him hostage.

With law enforcement busy with negotiations, another group of criminals started a crime spree. Banks were hit, cars were stolen, and the citizens were
in danger. Just as all hope was starting to dim, twelve strangers banded together to save the day in a matter of minutes. They swept through the city, rounding up the perpetrators and saving the mayor.

[They also get a tiger charm for their phone. It doesn't do anything special, it just looks cool.]

Week 2, Monday

You aren't needed for your role's primary purpose this week, thankfully. So I need to give you a task now...you probably want something quite different from last week, I would assume?

Ideally, yes, but somehow I get the feeling that it's not going to be different in a way that I want.

Week 3, Monday

[White Tiger doesn't seen nearly as calm as they usually are today. They have the anxiety bug.]

It's probably for the best that you don't have a target this week, everything is a mess right now.

[After a bit of a delay, Tiger will finally approach Danny.]

You're right, I shouldn't be leaving you like a sitting duck. I have someone for you to take care of: Reigen.

I can give you access to things that would make it easier to cover your tracks too. Just get it done, and don't tell anyone what you're doing.

Let's talk details. Why Reigen specifically? Is Snake the highest ranked team you wouldn't feel bad about tanking?

And what are these "things to cover my tracks"? I'm not gonna leave behind much in the first place, but with the anonymous tipper, you never know. Would they catch wind of whatever you give me?

Week 5, Monday

[Tiger is going to call Danny over to the zoo for this talk because he is currently babysitting the loose tigers. All three of them are laying around sleeping near him, and he's patting one on the head.]

It's okay, here is private. And I didn't have anything for you this week either.
