I've not met someone like that. But there was a serial killer was on another level of unhinged. A couple of them actually. But it's not like regular people tend to run into people like that too often.

We just don’t know who killed the Half-Body killer yet, although… we have an idea but I’m not sure I like where it’s going.

It’s just external storage. I can’t upload my memories directly, but I can talk about what happened and what I learned day-to-day. When Ryuki goes home— [ there’s no if, she refuses to entertain an ‘if’ ]— he can get Pewter to upload it.
