Yeah, this stuff tastes good, but you'd definitely need a balanced diet. Eating the same thing over and over for a year is a bad idea - your body wouldn't be getting all the nutrients it needs.

It's gotta be fried rice. You can make a ton of it and there's all sorts of ways to customize it. You can do seafood if you're feeling really fancy, but it's also great if you need to use up what you have in the fridge.
I wish more people would do that. Try not to skip meals, I mean. The sheer number of times I've had to treat people for dizziness after they've been through a day of training and had to remind them that they really need to eat and drink if they're gonna be working out...
