That would be nice. A lot of the others have tons of animal stuff, but Ox only really gets stuff when it's the year of the ox.

Yeah, they... weren't great. When we walked out of jail this morning, we all agreed that it was messed up - none of the ten of us arrested are interested in playing that part of the competition. They contradict the first two rules, nevermind how insane they are.

I don't blame you, and I don't expect anyone to follow those rules. I wish I could show you the ones we got, they're a bit different from yours but no less stupid.

Yeah, we've got a few. Like, that's why we couldn't help out at the trial, the rules didn't let us.

Not yet. The hard part is that I'm pretty honest and that doesn't leave many secrets to tell.

My first crush was on my senpai in high school.

Your upperclassman? What'd you like about them?

They pushed me to be a better person than I was before, and they stood by me as I faced things I thought were impossible. Even though they knew they were going to have a short life, they still helped me. It's hard not to like someone who's supportive like that.

They sound like an amazing person, so I can see why you'd like them. [ a short life, ox says. he doesn't want to pry into something that sounds like it would be upsetting. ] It also speaks a lot about you. I'm sure they saw your potential and that's why they pushed you into being a better person.

Yeah. It's become more of an admiration by now- it's been several years since then- but they're the kind of person I want to be. Brave, strong, and fighting to protect everyone else.
