He's been pretty good at acclimating considering there's quieter spots in the Oceanside place but here? Ouch. Shaking his head a little like he's knocking off flies before he settles back down.
It's a good thing they don't have a Sonic level on top of that because he'd probably just give up and take a nap.

it is 10:50am and he follows whisper into the bar, holding the door open for hans to follow. in addition to what whisper's examining in her meta, are there other exits? what do they know about this bar, if anything? have they been here before? i assume yes because it was just called "the bar" but just wondering. ]
[Has Hans been inside a car before, does he know anything about motorized vehicles beyond not walking in front of one in certain circumstances, has he 1-v-1’d a sedan downtown, these are all currently questions with dubious answers. Anyway.
He’ll remember the car at least but only insofar as they’ll need some form of driver and his version of that is probably going to need some kidnapping. It’s fine.
Slinking into the bar, where they’re probably underdressed, Hans straightens up to peer around a little; like Nico, he’ll take note of the layout — size, potential number of floors and rooms, and also what’s the menu, actually, we’re curious catting in this establishment of sin today.]
[ You've been here before. There's a back entrance with a glowing green EXIT sign. Feels like you've been here before.
It's very easy to tell who you're here for.
Walking into the bar, this place is classy, wide and clean. Menus aren't out just yet. The windows are letting in the nearly noon sunlight. It seems almost empty. Whoever is supposed to be behind the bar, isn’t around for the moment. Maybe you’re here too early for service, or maybe it has something to do with the leopard.
Besides you, the only person here is the leopard lounging on the bar counter. He’s wearing a jacket that could’ve only come out of the 80s. His eyes meet yours, regarding you with interest. ] Hey, hey. You’re late, you know. [ Under his paws looks like a blueprint of a building. ] You’ve already paid for this, but time is money. Should I charge you extra? Haa, if you don’t work fast, somebody else might get that treasure you’ve been eyeing.
[ ...sure. okay. treasure's fine. he's still sort of just trying to sort out his own thoughts of "literally why are we here, oceanside's that way" versus "we're here for the treasure, why else." it's a weird thought to be having but he's just. going to ignore it. ]
And if you don't want us to be late, be more specific next time. [ he holds his hand out for the blueprint though. listen, if they already paid for it it is rightfully theirs? ]
[Hans would be after the treasure even if it were just Hans -- the whole place is incomprehensible, the plan is incomprehensible, elements of it are completely beyond his understanding, and he has no idea why he's even here beyond the seemingly choreographed bits and pieces of it... but one look at the map tells him this is going to be a big job.
And even if he normally has better things to do than put the cat in cat burglar he's not going to turn down something new and shiny falling into his lap. Unfortunately.
Also, he perks up at the existence of the leopard, and seems to be considering his sense of fashion while the other two are getting into it. After a moment:]

also do they kind of just inherently know what this treasure is? were they just told it was treasure or do they specifically know what they're going after? regardless, this isn't exactly the first time nico's done breaking and entering to places he should not be going and places he does not want to be seen, so actually...can they leave through the back exit? what is back there. ]
It's the middle of the day. Gives us time to plan our next move and keep an eye on the place for entry points and guard rotations.
[Leaving through the back seems like a useful move if it's allowed, broad daylight does give them plenty of opportunities for planning and looking around; at this point, Hans has spent enough time in these cities to recognize just how late into the night they go and just how crazy the nightlife is, even if he isn't exactly prepared for Vegas. Do they have a plan in mind already here -- sneak and seize? Deceive and dash? Smash and grab? Have they been to this area before, do they know the peak and quiet times and whether they're going for rush hour or shift changes and whatnot or is this something they're going to have to figure out? They probably do need to do recon still so just getting a sense of what all knowledge they've got already.

That actually isn't the worst idea to divide and conquer. If we study the map on the way out, we can find three routes directly to where the treasure is. Come up with three separate routes out, in case someone's tipped off to our presence. [ whisper can wait by the car, that is valid of her. ]
We shouldn't waste too much time deliberating, I suppose. It's already further than I'd hoped. [ ... ] Wonder if there's a shortcut.
There's a good idea to start off: I work better by meowself, an' if the treasure's the right size like we've heard, then two of us can be carryin' decoys and throw off the trail till the real one gets far enough.

You can spend forever there and still feel like you're seeing something new every time you blink. If we need to, we can use that to our advantage. A distraction to get away.

I agree about avoiding the main entrance. On the other hand, this time of day might be decent flow of traffic into the building that we can slip in unnoticed. Blend in and split off without drawing suspicion.
