[ Mouse can be found in the dorms with a wanted poster in their hands. They seem to pondering on where to put it on the walls. ]

Yeah, didn't have a lot of time to talk last time I saw ya.

[ you know. when they were getting arrested, but he's not going to say that.

My new treasure! [ They will hold it up! It's a wanted poster of a certain shady civilian ] Isn't it great? I think it'll look really good here.

What did you want to talk about?

[ squints... ]

Oh, I think I've seen that guy around.

[ but nobody cares about sampo so ANYWAY!! ]

...Well, kind of a lot of things. [ ... ] What're the odds someone's listening in on us right now?

He's pretty funny.

[ Mouse likes him. ]

I don't think anyone is listening. Not unless you mean the prinny. [ They look around. ] Oh, I might have left them behind some where.

[doghouse]

...All right.

[ still wary, so he'll try to be careful about exactly what he says... though he unfortunately sucks at that. ]

Guess the obvious first thing should be this whole thing about us acting as villains. Y'all seemed pretty blindsided by it during the trial, but you really didn't have any idea things were gonna turn in that direction?

'Cause with the way everyone got locked in place and conked out Thursday night except for M&M and Rocket, it kinda makes you wonder if that wasn't actually a set-up to kickstart this whole thing. Y'know, purposely creating a situation where it'd be likely that an "accident" would happen so they could get a new villain out of it.

We didn't. We never had anything like that while it was just us here. Makes you wonder why did it all stop before.

[ They are thinking about it ]

It could be. It would be super mean if it was all a set-up, but it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for them to be awake then.

Yeah, exactly. It all seems a little too convenient. And that adding that crazy new rule...

I know everything's always talkin' about how the place is dangerous because it's so overrun with villains, but we haven't really seen that. Like, at all. Did they suddenly go into hiding or something? Or did this place actually run out of 'em?

[ like when you hunt an abundant species to extinction... ]

We've been taking care of them. That's why you only see half of us wandering the city. The rest of us are usually taking care of the villains or whatever extra thing that needs help.

[doghouse]

Yeah? Why isn't that getting reported in the news? What kinda crimes are they committing, anyway?

They would rather talk about who is holding hand with who or something new. This is pretty normal for them.

[doghouse]

And the latter part of that? About exactly what it is they're doing? Seems pretty wild that they made such a big spectacle out of what happened with Mika when we haven't heard a thing about the rest of 'em.

I think it's because you're all new and hot gossip. It is really strange. Like their priorities are all mixed up or something.

[doghouse]

Yeah, no kidding.

...What happened to those other four, with the statues at the memorial? Like, I get that they died, and maybe this isn't fun to talk about, but. What was the story there?

[ They are looking down. ]

It's not fun to talk about, but it might be important to know. [ They point upwards ] It happened when the moon fell. Everything was pretty crazy and confusing at the time. While we were dealing with all of that, this strange guy was there in all white. He's the one that killed them.

[doghouse]

A guy in white? Did he do it with some kind of power of his own, or?

If he did, I didn't see what it was.

[doghouse]

So they had the normal kinds of wounds you'd see from a weapon?

[becomemod]

It was a lot like the Execution where Michan disappeared. We saw it from a distance and ran as fast as we could to save them. They were already gone by the time we got them.

[doghouse]

...You don't know why that happened to her either?

[becomemod]

[ They look down before shaking their head ] It happened with Rocket as well. After the prinnies took him away.

[doghouse]

That kinda sounds like a pattern, doesn't it?

Any idea why they targeted those four in particular? Just an availability thing?

It does! Not sure what picture it makes though.

I think it because they were rushing in to get him.

[doghouse]

So he was a known villain, then? Or some guy no one had ever seen who just showed up outta nowhere and started committing crimes or whatever?

We haven't ever seen him before that time, and we haven't seen him around since.
