There is one security guard that peeks in every now and then, and the doors are locked. It shouldn't be too difficult to overcome, or at least that is what I would say if the dice weren't being so awful.

Given they're not really in disguise right now, Sigrun probably has the black clothes, which may or may not help a little with stealth while following the guard and keeping an eye on them. Anything to heighten the odds of this working well!]
[With that 17 Saya can get a good sense of the security guard's patrol routes and sneak in while he's on the other side of the school. She also breaks in easily, while Sigrun keeps an eye out for the guard or any sudden movements.
Fortunately they won't have to go digging through hundreds of records to try and find one student when they don't know his name. There are two files on the secretary's desk. One each for the people who have interfered with your missions twice now.]

she flips through both of the records quickly, as someone who can speed read pretty fast, looking for home addresses as well as any other information that pops out. names, special comments on their records, and the like.

[In the meantime, Sigrun stays alert outside. It'd be a tad difficult to alert Saya while she's inside the building if the guard takes an unexpected detour, but at the very least she can ensure Saya's exit route will be unimpeded]

[Oh, already going back towards the office! Better make sure he won't get in the way. Sigrun doesn't hesitate, she goes down the hallway, making sure there are a couple corners between the guard and her, and strongly kicks anything nearby that might cause a noise. A locker, a door, a trashcan, anything that might echo in the empty, silent school. I rolled a 13!
As soon as she kicks she runs away, towards any way out available to get out of the school. There you go, Saya, the coast should be clear for a while longer!]
