Yes, it seemed like their excursion left them with considerably more physical scars than yours. Still, that's not the only thing that can leave damage.

Three of the adventures seemed light, but the competition lasts eight weeks. Plenty of time to see which way it goes.

Nothing especially stands out. The advice that's getting cut off is questionable at best, but you'd think they'd just make somebody rewrite it before it was sent out.
