If they weren't involved in finding the culprit, I really don't think they should have a say in what happens to her. That should be on us. We're the ones who did the hard work today, not them. So we should be allowed to say she won't be executed.

It's a learning process. And it's totally normal to feel like you're not really sure what you're doing or that someone would do it better. [he sounds like he is speaking from experience.] But that's part of how you grow as a leader. You look at the things you feel like you could improve on, and you improve them. If you think you're doing everything right to start with then you'll never grow at all.
