[ i'm going back to the ye olde days of saying "TAG" in chat. DENISE WE PAY YOUUUUUU PLEEEEEEEEASE ;-;

she'll regroup with them quickly though. ]

Hung—we're gonna need your hat. Let's see if we can cover the camera... at least until you're done with whoever's coming down here. We don't want it off for too long, or else they might send someone to check.

[ we'll make it seem like an accident, or a glitch in the system. the plan here that they're going to enact is this:

1) hung is giving them his cap
3) danny's going to frisbee the cap over the camera with our luck, it's black so it should ideally blackout the image
4) hung's gonna take out the dude and steal his shit like any important keycards, keys, etc
5) we're gonna vamoose (and take the cap with us to make it look like a simple blip in the film) ]

[ the cap lands neatly on the garage camera. the guy coming out to the garage is dressed in red suit with tails and has car keys, an id, and a backstage pass on him. looks like you just took out some of the entertainment crew? damn.

into the stairwell, then. there are a few cameras here, too. now what? ]

hung is standing there with the guy knocked out in his arms, looking down at him and then at the two of them like oh god. well. okay. part of him misses the days with meng, almost.

he reaches and takes the keys, checking to see if there's a clicker. if there is, he's going to click it to see if there's a car nearby for them to... ]

Not as useful as I was hoping, but it's better than nothing, right? I'm going to stuff this guy into his trunk, I guess, or... [ something. ]

[ danny takes a moment to gawk in awe at his insane frisbee throw. this is quite possibly the greatest achievement of his life.

then she shakes himself out of his stupor ]

...we should probably tape his mouth shut or something, too, so he can't scream for help from the trunk.

Who'd fit best in this getup anyway?

[ i have to acknowledge the cool fuckin yeet so jolyne give him a thumbs up and a grin. ] We can at least tie him up, and if we don't wanna get caught we should gag him too.

That's a good question. Whoever wears it could... probably pass the other two off as part of the entertainment maybe? [ tech wear fashion is totally a thing but also laughs. ] It'd get us in... maybe.

I mean he's not gonna need it in the trunk. May as well get his money's worth out of it. Heh.

how are you taping his mouth shut? i don't think any of you grabbed tape. you'll need another solution there.

the suit would probably fit jolyne best, but it'll be a bit loose. at least you get a good show if you strip him? he's fairly handsome and muscular. ]

[ he'll strip the guy of his clothes and pass them to jolyne and danny to figure out. i guess the question to ask is, what's the guy look like besides handsome? are they familiar in any way? if not then hung does not care, really, but he'll at least handle him nicely. ]

... one of you open the trunk. [ when he gets down to the shoes and socks, he just. takes the socks off and is either going to use one like a tie around gag if it's long enough or he's just going to stick it in the guy's mouth. if they're long enough he'll also use the other one to tie his wrists behind his back. if not, he'll take his length of rope out and cut some off to do it with the scissors. ] I don't think we have a lot of time to find his car and throw him in his trunk.

But we have his keys, if we need to switch escape cars.

[ Danny nods. He takes the car keys off of Jolyne and opens the trunk of their getaway car

[ binch. she'll give a nod to hung at some point amidst all this because man. good job taking out that guy... they were gonna be totally toast if he wasn't out of the way OR MAYBE NOT WHO KNOWS!!!!! jolyne will... see about putting the suit on, the ic clock is so scary at this point, but hey. it's disguise number one.

she's gonna go for the stylishly-oversized look with like. cuffing the guy's sleeves and tucking his shirt in, belting it extra tight and high on the waist. the combat boots can kind of work in her favor here okay. she's a jojo, anything looks good on her. ]

I have no idea how this is going to work, but. Sure. Let's roll with it.

[ she'll sling her utility bag behind her waist, so it's hidden by the slightly big nature of the tails of the jacket. uhhhh... does his id say anything? or the backstage pass if she has a look? ]

his ID reads enis saionji, eighteen years old if you do the math. the pass is just a regular backstage pass for the encore ballroom. ]

he will hand the keys that this poor, poor ""enis"" had on him to jolyne since she is the getaway driver. ]

Okay. Well. I'm not going to think too much about this right now, but let's not forget he's in there. With cameras in the stairwell, we need to act like we belong here, probably...

[ looks over at the ID Jolyne is now wearing, and then steals the blueprint out of Hung's pocket. ]

The Encore ballroom...oh, perfect, there's plenty of gray area we could check out around there.

But yeah, we'll need to act cool... if anyone asks, we could just be your...backup dancers? Groupies?

[ she makes the :grimace_face: emoji because like yeah, uh. they can't forget about this guy that they agreed to clobber and knock out. for now, she'll pocket the keys again, thinking. ]

Yeah, if anything we're right where we wanna be. I mean, backup dancers isn't a bad idea. A surprise number or something like that.

[ clears her throat! ]

Just gotta act like we belong here.

[ enis is safely stowed in the trunk to wake up with a mean headache later.

jolyne is dressed and looking amazing! enis wishes he looked this good! the backup dancers don't match the vibe, but this ain't about them! ]

Alright. [ he claps his hands together, just once, quietly, his ears flicking as he assesses the garage at large. ] ... how do we want to do this?

Just get the camera uncovered and head on up?

[ and he goes over to do just that!

by which i mean he walks over to the camera, stares up at it angrily for a moment, and then starts jumping to try and reach the hat. and because he rolled bad luck on luck week, not only does he not get the hat down, but he loses his balance from one of the jumps and then falls over, smashing his face into the concrete floor of the garage ]

Yeah, gotta keep moving, that's a good plan—ah shit, dude are you okay?

[ he picks himself up and wipes his face. Some blood comes away on his sleeve (thank god his outfit is already red and black) and he wipes under his nose just to make sure it's clear. Then he winces because he realizes a tooth is broken. But WHATEVER. IT'S FINE!!! WE HAVE TREASURE TO STEAL. ]

Let's get going.

[ and so with snow's permission to godmod Hung into the stairwell, let's gooooo!! As they enter, Danny does notice other footsteps, but he is trying to play it cool right now so he doesn't turn around to gawk. ]

but also buddy, your thoot. jolyne gives him a concerned glance before honing in on the sound of more footsteps. maybe it's a good idea to lay low for a minute, pretend they know exactly where they're going, stay in your lane etc.

so yeah, playing it cool up the stairs and very much acting like we know where we're going/have a place to be! (which we do, it's treasure.)

[ it's... a polar bear in a suit! they are ascending cautiously, eyes alert, as if they are expecting something to jump out at them at any moment. the ear piece and wary stance seems to indicate that this might be security, and you're right in their line of sight. ]

[ after sharing concern over danny eating shit, hung now has to contend with an ursus. i don't remember which a3 got a polar bear fursona for april fools but it's fine. he squares his shoulders and looks Very Serious, if a little apologetic. ]

We were told this was the best way to go, to get entertainment in. She has to get ready to perform later this afternoon.

We're already running late as it is, we're supposed to be doing sound check right now.
